一，彩鋼活動房因為常年暴露在自然環境中，要受到陽光，雨水，強風的侵蝕，并且自然界中的氧氣和水分會對彩鋼活動房造成腐蝕，特別是空氣中的二氧化硫，會產生更嚴重的腐蝕，會對房子造成嚴重損害。所以在設計彩鋼活動房的時候防腐問題是一定要考慮的，目前常用的防腐辦法就是增加保護層，噴涂防銹油漆，這樣就能有效防止活動房材料受腐。

三，彩鋼活動房在實際的生產，運輸以及拆卸的過程中，難免會發生變形情況，變形之后如果不經過檢測就直接安裝的話，質量就會出現問題。所以在設計的時候要把變形限制控制在一個標準范圍內，從而確保結構的性。

四，彩鋼活動房安裝時要注意安裝的周邊環境是否合適，如果有兩層要注意兩層之間是否需要進行埋件焊接，要嚴格按照設計要求進行安裝，不能有漏焊或假焊的情況出現。
4、 When installing the color steel movable room, pay attention to whether the surrounding environment is appropriate. 五，如果需要進行高空作業，安裝的時候要戴好裝置，提前做好防腐和排水處理，避免出現漏水情況。
