注意人身：施工單位應(yīng)為職工提供足夠的食品飲料和發(fā)放清涼油、風(fēng)油精等防暑降溫的藥品。露天和高溫作業(yè)者應(yīng)多喝茶水、綠豆湯和含鹽濃度0.1-0.3%的清涼飲料，但切記暴飲，每次不超過300毫升。施工現(xiàn)場嚴(yán)禁施工人員赤膊、穿拖鞋和酒后上崗，禁止帶病作業(yè)，要加強(qiáng)個(gè)人防護(hù)。

其次，工程雨天施工時(shí),彩鋼房工程宜搭設(shè)臨時(shí)防護(hù)棚,雨水不得飄落在熾熱的焊縫上.如焊接部位比較潮濕,必須用干布擦凈并在焊接前用氧炔焰烤干,保持接縫干燥,沒有殘留水分。雨天施行彩鋼房工程吊裝時(shí),構(gòu)件上如有積水,安裝前應(yīng)干凈,但不得損涂層,高強(qiáng)螺栓接頭安裝時(shí),構(gòu)件摩擦面應(yīng)干凈,不能有水珠,更不能雨淋和接觸泥土及油污等臟物。

還有就是，工程雨天天氣構(gòu)件不能進(jìn)行涂刷工作。雨天及五級以上大風(fēng)不能進(jìn)行屋面保溫的施工。雨天由于空氣比較潮濕,焊條儲(chǔ)存應(yīng)防潮并進(jìn)行烘烤,同一焊條重復(fù)烘烤次數(shù)不宜超過兩次,并由管理人員及時(shí)做好烤記錄。
