　　彩鋼板是有基板和彩色的腹膜或者鍍層構成的。我們得考慮基板和腹膜鍍層的厚度，比較好的彩鋼板基板是0.02~0.05mm，覆膜或者涂層厚度往往只有0.15mm以下。因為從影響彩鋼板的使用時間來看，基板的厚度是很重要的。而有些生產彩鋼板的廠家往往在基板及彩鋼板涂層或覆膜上做手腳，他們降低基板的厚度，但是增加腹膜的厚度來降低彩鋼板的生產成本，這就大大降低了彩鋼板的使用壽命了。

　　拿到一塊彩鋼板，我先觀察彩鋼板外露鋼材如斷面等是否結晶細密，是否發灰、發暗和雜質。若切面是結晶細密型的則是質量比較優越的。

　　用手指或用硬物敲擊彩鋼板，彩鋼板的材質如果較差，則發出來的聲音是悶的，金屬聲音不明顯，材質較好的彩鋼板金屬聲音是比較響亮、清脆的。
