1、工程板房基礎的水平：在基礎澆注時一定要先測量好水平，基礎澆注完成后，水平誤差控制在10mm以內。在與甲方交待時或基礎完工后，要求甲方保證基礎水平面在誤差范圍內，否則，影響板房的安裝或安裝后的質量，甲方自負。

2、混凝土標號：本公司標準板房基礎為C20。一般情況下內無鋼筋，如有地形、地基特殊或板房特殊，以技術部出圖為準。

3、工程板房基礎澆注時間：板房的基礎澆注應與常規的混凝土澆注工藝一樣，不可減少工藝程序。在基礎澆注完成到板房安裝之間應留有充分的時間，以確保混凝土達到規定的硬度。

4、工程板房地基要求：為保證安裝工期、安裝質量和安裝后整潔美觀，我公司要求甲方在制作基礎的同時，把室內地面也一并澆注完成，水平高度與基礎一樣，甲方在板房安裝完成后，再在室內鋪地板既方便，又整潔，也不會影響板房的質量和外觀。

4.
